Asset Link Property Group Ltd’s primary mission is to introduce investors to property opportunities sourced by the selling of their existing stock to other investors and from a variety of developers, both existing builds and off the plan developments, all geared towards long term capital growth.

Which property should I buy?

As we continually remind many of our clients, it’s not all about the property, but more about the numbers!

Spending time getting the numbers right (based on your personal financial profile) and based on a particular property in your price range, largely negates any need to spend too much time reviewing the property itself. 

Sure, location, age, quality of build and presentation are all important, particularly location if you wish to have the property close to your own address, but essentially, if the numbers are right, the money (and property) should look after themselves.
