Buyer Guide

Asset Link Property Consultants would assist with all of the following where required.

  • Submit all information required by the investor.
  • Arrange formal viewing (if investor resides in NZ).
  • Arrange further photos - video of property.
  • Submit a PIA report
  • Prepare sale & purchase agreement.
  • Negotiate price on behalf of purchaser.
  • Provide copy of Rental/Tenancy agreement.
  • Provide copy of Rental appraisal if property empty.
  • Recommend legal firm to complete conveyancing if required.   Mobile conveyancers are available.
  • Arrange building inspection and report where required.
  • Provide Accountants to arrange an LAQC (Loss Attributing Qualifying Company) if required.
  • Recommend Mortgage Broker / Bank as potential lenders.
  • Provide copy of valuation (if available) or order one if required.
  • Recommend Property Management company.
 

International Investors.

Most of the process is the same with Asset Link submitting all detail via email or to any local representative, solicitor, accountant, parent, relative if required.

If there is borrowing involved in NZ the local lenders will have their own requirements which can be discussed during the time of enquiry.

New Investors.

New investors will be guided through every step of the property purchase to ensure full understanding of the complete process.
