Hugh Curlett, joint co-founder of Asset Link has been active within New Zealand’s real estate industry for over 20 years holding prominent positions within a number of well known property industry related companies.  Being an active investor himself, evidenced by a sizeable property portfolio, Hugh is a classic example and proof of the property investment system Asset Link have developed to propel investors to varying degrees of wealth typically unachievable by other more traditional means.  Hugh’s superb skills at negotiating opportunities for Asset Link’s clients is a key contributor to the success our clients enjoy.

 

 

 

Les Hoverd, also joint co-founder of Asset Link has been active within the New Zealand real estate industry for the last 15 years motivated fundamentally by his ideal of sharing and coaching his story of independent wealth for all who subscribe to this theme.   Although media coverage describes declining home ownership percentages within New Zealand, he firmly believes this does not need to be the case, hence his desire to introduce current and existing investors to home ownership via carefully structured property opportunities.  Currently in the last few days of completing an Executive MBA at Auckland University, this degree further cements his belief in our innate ability to secure success for ourselves and families and that ‘the way it is' - isn’t necessarily reality.

 

John Robinson started in real estate in Palmerston North in 1981 after a career in textile and garment manufacture, marketing and retailing. He shifted to Auckland in 1986 to manage what was then Belton's Commercial Real Estate, leaving two years later to start Rands Robinson Realty, a specialist commercial real estate company. Ten years ago he sold his interest and has since operated as John Robinson Real Estate, initially in commercial property, but gradually broadening his scope and expanding the business to include residential property, particularly investment stock.

Licensed as an Agent under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, John has a broad range of business skills and experience that together with his positive attitude ensure clients interests are handled competently and professionally.
